part of this movie was showed during the student concillors camp and i think its a great movie.
a great general once said " we should raise your flag and let it fly high so that everyone can see it..
everyone should watch it! ITS DAMN COOOOOOOOOOOOOOL and EXCITING. although it may seem quite ridiculas at some point in time, but still a good movie!

i hate the stupid fat prison warden. anyhow kill people.
cus he thought that the general (which he KILLED) was gna raise the american flag upside down (thats an international distress signal). so he killed him, because he didnt want the other generals to know that he is corrupted and is not treating the prisoners (that were soldiers) properly. HOWEVER, the general did not raise the flag upside down, he raised it upright. STUPID FAT ASSHOLE. hmph.
i watched it after i came back from massage and yea. its great (:
i admire everything that he did for his men. ahahh.


the stupid fat asshole - Colonel Winter and the general - Eugene Irwin !
(he was a 3 star general. thats damn high ranked. and all his men listen to his command because they respect him for what he has done unlike the warden. not only did he not have a star, the prisoners listen to his command only because they have to if they wanna stay alive.)

As Colonel Winter, the weak-souled fascist warden of a maximum-security military prison, he seems to spend half his screen time polishing a collection of antique war weapons. Winter, who likes to keep his prisoners in line with trigger-happy guards who fire rubber bullets (they're sometimes lethal), has never been in combat, but as head of the prison fortress, he has made himself the commander of a ''war'' that only he can win. sucha loser :D

anyway, i feel like going shopping! arghh. but i dont have alot of cash ): need to use them to buy sch uni and books. pftttt. post christmas sales !
oh well! at least my camera is fixed.
i manged to do the last trng session of the year properly. more or less. ha

slept at 2am this morning and woke up at 1050am :D

watched LOST season 3 episodes 3-6. super nice! too abd episode 7 will only be screened in feb ): anw, after that joined ting and boon at csc for a light swim and we jacuzzi-ed. heh.
parkway than back to csc for the xmas thingy.
it was fine i guess. jst a little kiddy but i got quite a few presents ! (:

and so its almost christmas eve now,
gng out tmr! yayyyyyyyy.
oh yea. i wanna watch curse of the golden flower! cus jaychou is acting =D

and i locked my blog cus yiqing didnt want her bro to read my post?
soooo yea. its locked for the time being.

im a slacker and im not proud of it ):
trained in the morning (gym) and a few of us got chased out halfway cus we were not in full TYR attire/ sports sch attire. dandan,amanda,ting,mylene,qing and me. OH WELLS!

dandan, amanda, ting and i did a BIT of jumps before working on our abs.
we were doing on the floor and jiao lian saw us so poor thing so he brought mats down for us. so nice huh! :D managed to do quite a bit of abs and swim part was easy. didnt train in the aft. walked arnd causeway and parkway with mylene and -- before gng home. mylene and -- came along as well. i dnt knw what we did but we managed to talk and laugh for the few hrs that they were here. it was fun. my mum was busy packin the house while we jst sat there using the comp and stuff. heh.

i am now qing's new pooh bear bf -.-

hahaha. went my aunt's hse jst now.
and my cous (they live next to each other).. saw my nephew and niece! so cuteeeeee. played with them for quite long and when we left, my niece cried ): awww. so sad. anw, their house is really nice! they have glow in the dark bedsheets and they were so excited abt it. hahah. so cute :D

I AM SUCHA SLACKER.
i dont knw how im gonna get through another year when i cant even get through ONE WEEK or EVEN ONE DAY, pushing myself to do what i dont want to do. i've succumbed laziness/tiredness or whatever. skipped this afternoon's trng cus i couldnt wake up from the short aft nap in the silat room. partner in crime were -- and cass. together, the 3 musketeers went on to a mission of - attempting to leave the room, pack our stuff and leave the school without the coaches knowing. it was a very fun and exciting mission and we managed to engaged a VERY helpful partner --> THE CLEANER! and the laundry man's UMBRELLA (which we didnt use at all in the end) together, we overcame all difficulties and eventually managed to get out of sch and to causeway. (criminal cass and sheena were all drentched and cold by the time we got to causeway because they didnt have an umbrella. the picture below will show u how they got there)


there you go. it was raining cats and dogs so we were running like pigs and ducks.
innova students laughed at us.
some parents in some mercedes saw us, pointed their fingers at us AND DROVE OFF.

so thats the end of our mission.

mission almost impossible done

in the morning, it was also raining cats and dogs. it has been raining for what, 2 days alrdy ? so, dandan didnt wanna be a pig/duck that was gna be in the rain, so she decided to give herself a sleep in! and by doing so,she missed doing ab works in the gym, sweating like a pig there(oh yea, she decided not to be a pig right. and 20mins of swim in the pool! we pigged out for lunch, treated cass to sweason's icecream, sneaked 5 people into the cab without the uncle knowing.
i was in the front and at the back was yiqing, cass, ting and boon. with yiqing sitting directly behind the driver. so initially, yiqing was bending down so the driver can only see 3 people behind.

taxi uncle : hey, why you 3 girls want to squeeze together behing huh?
me : oh oh. raining ah. very cold.
taxi uncle : OHHH..

yiqing got tired so cass bent down instead and she got all giddy and being CASS.
SHE DROPPED HER PHONE IN THE TAXI.
so we called her phone hoping that the uncle would pick up and return us ( this taxi uncle is super nice unlike the other ) and yes! he answered the called and came all the way back to return cass :D cass wanted to give him money but he didnt accept. hah. we took down his carplate number and i tihnk cass might get her dad to write in to praise this guy? hahah. im not sure.

after that, we went to the silat room and slept like a pig.
a few pigs eventually fell into a deep sleep and was too reluctant to get up and jump into that icy cold water. and yes, the story continues. haha :D

i've jst managed to watch 2 episodes of LOST season 3. yay! its so exciting. OH YA. watched PCK jst now. haha! jos was acting and she acted quite well i guess. really not used to it but its her so ya. ahah! it was funnny. anw, i think i should stop here since im typing crap.

theres only ONE SESSION TMR.

rainy day today but i enjoyed myself (:

but well, it didnt start all that good. hahah!
was suppose to meet nicole at 12 at orchard but i overslept and only woke up when she called me at 11 ! ooops (: dad wanted me to eat first also BUT! i still reached orchard quite fast ok! i was only 30mins late. HAH. 30 mins. sorry nic :D haahah. her bro was there was well. we walked all over to look for presents for people but couldnt really find many nice ones that was within budget. hahah. so we walked arnd for quite long before takin the train down to plaza sing to buy ticks to watch Eragon together with cass (:

Eragon was niceeee.
quite predictable towards the end but it was still nice. hahah. i think the baby dragon is so cute !
the movie would have been really nice and enjoyable if not for this toddler that was sitting behind us, talking non-stop and sticking her head in between our seats irritating us. pfttt.

cass left soon after the movie while we walked arnd somemore to find gifts for guys. which is really tough. ended up walkin to cathay.. i saw nice havaniase(however u spell that =/ ) slippers that i want ! but so ex ): went to the addidas shop where nicole's bro and i got stucked to the xbox 360 there. hah! there was this basketball game and i won bryan !! HAHAHAH. settled our dinner at Cathay before heading home (:

the monotonous training sessions starts tmr ):
it really bores me out having to convince myself to jump into the ice cold water everyday.. and its worse in the afternoon. well, at least im not the only one feeling this way. hah.

YESTERDAY

went for a run around bedok reservoir with my dad.
actually, its jst me. my dad didnt dare to run. he's afriad he wont finish it. ha!
than went for massage.
it was good i suppose. jst that my muscles are really tight so it hurt really bad during the massage ):
and the stupid man (small david. hah ! ) was massaging err. the shin there and there was this lump only on my left leg.

man : eh. why got on lump here one *poke poke.
than he pokes my right shin
man : aei. this leg dont have leh. i think you need to go check what it is
and he presses down really really hard on that lump.

freak laaaa. it was damn bloody pain. i teared. HAH.
now he will have even more things to make fun of ):
dandan didnt turn up cus she had to do things for her sis ? poor thing.

parkway after that. saw a couple of things that im planning to get for people alrdy.

and dandan had to do 5.10.
hee hee. she was complaining like crazy.
i managed to do a 5.05 and i touched the same time as gab although he doesnt wanna admit it. silly guy.
dandan did 5.15.
7 sec improvement from her previous 400m a few weeks back. well done dandan! (:

so tht was trng.

grabbed a waffle and curry puff after that and set off for our very interesting bus ride back home.

he was sitting behind mattias and i was opposite him and mattias was listening to music using his phone.

everytime matt takes out his phone to read msg or jst to change song, he'll peep over his seat with his head like next to matt's and try to see whats happening on his phone.

ok. he jst leaned back. hah. but he always leans forward when matt takes out his phone.

so, i told ting and she wanted to call matt and tell him but its so weird and we all started laughing and that stupid old man kinda knew but he didnt care. so i typed a msg on my phone and passed it to matt this time, the old man was sitting back alrdy. not peeping over BUT, once i passed to matt to let him read, he leaned forward to read the msg i typed! walao. and it was abt him so i quickly snatched the phone back from matt.

and for some reason, me and ting couldnt stop laughing at him. hahah!
he saw me laughing at him la. lol.
who cares. he's really crazy/
richard sent matt a msg (in which matt had to read secretly)saying that the crazy guy might be eyeing at his phone but i said more like eyeing for matt la. heh. but matt got down earlier than him so it wasnt so bad i guess. it was quite an experience i must say. ha

anw, wanted to watch my LOST 3 but vanessa burn wrong format ):
so sad. boohoohoo.

reached home pretty early today and i was browsing through youtube, watched some performance during the chinese singing contest and also the performance by the 2BMC during p6 orientation and the parents challenge night. really nice i must say. haha. watched the mr brown show again. the one with hossenleong singing. hahah. still gives me a great laugh everytime i watch it.

the weather has been rather crazy the past few days.

scorching hot in the afternoon and heavy thunderstorms in the evening halfway thru trng. sadly, our pool is covered ): yst's rain was really heavy and the wind was really strong too. we were doing 100IMs and when we do backstrke there, its scary. hahah.

today wasnt any better.
the lightnings were super scary ! it was coming down in streaks and in PURPLE. walaoo. lucky my dad could come and pick me up. but visibility on the road was really bad and we can only see one car infront the rest are like blurred and stuff. so that was quite scary with the constant thunders and lightning all over.

so thats the weather report for the day and now lets go on to some home news..
-bludged through almost the whole trng session this morning
-trained harder in the afternoon. thats good news for me.hah. at least i managed to keep up for the 5x200 f/s
-finished up my chi book review. YAY!
-went popular to buy some books for next year. only cost me $13.44 (:

-sean is currently in 3rd position with one more race to go
-gris is in 4th with one more race to go

a quick update + a few more pics that i edited (:

gym and swim. and i felt really terrible in the water ): really gotta buck up and change my mindset if i wanna at least do ONE pb at nag. im too lazy to swim this coming time trial and even if i swim, i'll most probably be so embarrassed and i'll jst have even lesser confidence in myself. not to mention that im alrdy on the verge of giving up swimming right now.

peter came to the poolside this morning but he's leaving for aus tmr morning.. spoke to us for awhile and mentioned that it was a good year overall. i must say it is considering the results we have acheived as one, esp the commonwealth and asian games guys. they did really well (:

personally, this year was going on fine but it jst went down towards the end of this year and with the long breaks and slacking. i think everything that i have worked for this year has jst gone down the drain and its really hard to motivate myself to actually start trng hard again. i feel so demoralised everytime i trail behind everyone during sets which i used to be able to do with ease and it jst gets to me and i think im jst not a born-to-be swimmer. jst like what the stupid taxi driver said. he jst made me even more sure abt that. argh. such an ass.

had a good chat with Zena last night before i got too engrossed in asian games bowling so i didnt get to say alot of things so i'll jst say some here hope you wont mind Zena (: [anw, remy ong lost. arghh. make me stay up to watch hoping he can win.]

so anyway, she was telling me what her china friend told her " since we've choosen this path and started walking, we should go all the way and end it on a good note. " and she told me that was why she teared that day when Dipna, Nessa, Dandan and I told her that we were gna take O levels and in another words, put sports aside for the time being. yes its true that we came into this school together with one goal and that is to excel in both sports and studies but there can only be one winner and not everyone has what it takes to go all the way. to some, we may not have finish the journey but for me, i've been swimming for 10 years now, it is definately not easy for me to jst give up everything jst like that. it is not easy seeing others beat you jst like that. it is not easy admitting defeat. you're a great player and we all know that. you may not perform locally but im sure you can excel internationally with your unique playing style and you know that. we shouldnt let what the others say or do affect us so jst believe in yourself and do what you do best yes? i no longer have as much hunger/passion in my sport now so maybe its time to give it a looooong break. :D we may be going different ways next yr but our friendship will always remain. so dont be sad and have faith in yourself (:
