trng was fine. and for the first time. we actually managed to finish a 4.8k program given by coach jude. it wasnt tough but those sets with fly was really tiring. only.. 12 people went for trng tis morning.
den after trng i was out for massage and stuff. only got home at abt 4 ? hah. now i shall be hardworking and start on my work.

those should keep my mind busy for the whole week i guess.
meeting up with matt to complete eng assignment tmr.
