hmmm.one wk jst passed and im back home once again..sorta feels good to be home now cus tis wk's trng was so tough! we ran every session man! tats lky twice a day..it was so tiring man.my legs are achin la.than we did land exercises too so my arms are aching too -.- den the trng [water] also damn tough la.all must go fast.siao.i every night slp damn early la.not damn but quite la.aiya.wadever la.i hate tis wk's trng and im glad to be home =)
haiz.the qld people are in qld now!! man.so lucky..they'll only be back next friday.sigh..anyway wish them all the best la (: hope they'll come back soon though =P
anyway.i dunnow wad to write alrdy la.too many stuffs.lols.bye!!
