bleahh.went for trng again tis morning.couldnt wake up tis morning man..so tired ar..slept at 10 last night.so early rite?haha.today's trng quite ok la.was slackin most of the time..only went fast for one 200IM all out..did a 2.38.not bad la.since its trng..haha.we also did vertical kick.quite fun although it was tiring.haha.everyone cheated ar =P hmm.now im so bored at home man.wanted to go out wif edith.but she say two person dun wan.so yea.im still stuck at home..edith jst suggested tat we go nicole's hse since yiqing and cass are there baking cookies.haha.sigh.holiday is boring man..got nth to do except play comp.watch movie.watch tv and train..
hmmm.those people who qualified for queensland and pan-pac and didnt train yst still gotta train tis afternoon.poor thing man.i train one session alrdy wanna die liao man.haha
