hey there..sry i havent been blogging for a long time.i was too lazy..haha..anyway.the malaysian open people have gone to malaysia..and i heard some results of some events they did yesterday..peter old me and cass that ben got 6th in 400im with a time of 4.54!!!!5 sec off his pb. and could go into the finals..but sadly.he got kicked out cus zhi cong and bing ming won him..he worst thing is..he lost to bing ming by 0.05 only!!haha..tats sad..well.enough of the sad stuff.now for the happy ones..hong koon got a new pb for 200 fly..and the best news is..ting wen was the only gal tat got into finals..she went in for 200 fly and guess wad?she got 2nd!!!!can u believe it?a p6 gal getting 2nd in malaysia open?!she even won mylene i think..and well..tis whole week's trng was quite tough..and fun too..we played a few relays and peter is crazy over cass's slippers..he threw it in 10 times in total..9 of which went into the water.mine got thrown in once.haha..and we trained in the trng pool for the past..dunno how many sessions and we had to do some breathing thingy.we cant breathe in sum no -no breath zone- if not we'll have to do 1000fly.oh and talkin bout 1000 fly.on thursday.those who didnt pass up the paper tat peter wants us to do had to swim a 1000 fly while those who pass up only did a 600m warm up..only 5 people pass up the paper though[me.cass.ying fen.ting and derek]so yeah.only the 4 of us[excluding ting] swam the 600m programme..hmmm.i dunno wads else is there to say..oh ya.tmr is the time trail for inter-sch relays..i dun think i can get in at all but i'll jst try and get a new PB or smth..so yeah..hope those malaysia open guys continue to do well.. =)
