argg..im dying man..my arms and legs are aching..morning trng was damm hard..we had to do pull ups damm alot of time..and all our wrist is lky red and 'blistery' hahaz..afternoon trng was fun!!!we play basketball for 1 hr before we swam for another hr..my team[ben alex khoonnie ying fen me] lost i think..or was it mel's [des jeremy dan mylene mel] team?i dunno..i think we tied..haha..but anyway..it was damm fun..and alex managed to score a 3 pointer..and nelson actually scored!!UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!haha..
