sry i haven update for sooo long..my internet modem was spoil and i jst got it repaired so yeah..anyway..tis wk's trng in shc was super duper hard k..really hell mth..wake up 530 in the morning for blood glucose test..frist day wasnt pain but the 2nd day morning was damm pain..aiya..who cares..trng was damm tough..we had to do 200fly all out after every trng session..sux k..then fri we had step test..and guess wad?!i did a new PB!! imporoved by 2s..haha..damm happy..next wk's trng still gonna be hard but not as hard as tis wk..oh ya..and we played water polo on thur..i dunnno whether we won or lost but the last shot was scored by hong koon [my rival] and peter said that anyone who shots now will win..but before tat my grp was winning so i dunno who won..but it was damm fun la..haha..anyway..gtg and sleep..nitex!! =)
